I grew up Borrolooola and always had an interest, I first started working at Mallapunyah Station while on my 2 weeks off from the mines, it was a good way to get my foot in the door and learn the skills I have now as well as the ability to keep my horses in consistent work.

What excites you about the Young Livestock Exporters Network?
How it brings all aspects of the supply chain together & like minded people! The webinars are also a great aspect of YLEN.

I’ve worked in the mines since I was 17, I broke in my first brumby at 14.

What did you do in your role today in the live export supply chain?
Transported lick to multiple locations to cattle, cleaned a few bores in the process. This is to ensure the livestock supplied to the live export supply chain are strong and healthy.
